As part of my work to raise awareness for the humane society animals that I photograph and to hopefully further my career, I regularly enter juried photography contests and exhibitions. One of the recent ones that I entered is sponsored by the photography journal PDN (Photo District News) and this specific contest is their Faces portrait photography contest. It is somewhat unusual to have a people’s choice feature in the contests that I submit to but the Faces contest has one. I submitted a series of six photographs of my recent work with the Benton-Franklin Humane Society animals and I would like to ask for your votes. Only one vote per person is allowed. Currently I have one photograph with a vote on page 3 or 4 and the other five are on the last page. As they get more votes, they move up in the list. All it takes is a valid email address and a click to vote.
